Welcome to Posturist ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our Posturist mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

We collect minimal data necessary to provide you with the best experience:

• Workout Progress: Completed days, unlocked days, streak counts, total workout time, and completion dates. This data is stored locally on your device.
• iCloud Data: If you have iCloud enabled, your progress data may be synced across your devices via Apple's iCloud service.
• Authentication Data (Optional): If you choose to use Sign in with Apple, we receive your Apple User ID, email address, and full name (only if you choose to share it).
• Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data to help us improve the app. This includes which days you complete, your streak progress, and app interaction patterns. This data is not linked to your personal identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Track your workout progress and maintain your streak
• Personalize your app experience based on your preferences
• Send you reminder notifications (if enabled)
• Sync your data across devices via iCloud (optional)
• Provide customer support when needed

3. Data Storage and Security

Local Storage: Your primary data is stored locally on your device using UserDefaults. This means your workout progress and preferences never leave your device unless you explicitly enable iCloud sync.

iCloud Sync: If you have iCloud enabled on your device, your data is automatically synced using Apple's NSUbiquitousKeyValueStore. This sync is encrypted and managed entirely by Apple.

Security: We do not store any of your data on our servers. All data remains on your device or within Apple's secure iCloud infrastructure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to enhance your experience:

• Apple iCloud: For optional data syncing across devices (only if you have iCloud enabled)
• Sign in with Apple: For optional authentication
• Firebase Analytics: For anonymized analytics to understand app usage and improve the user experience. Firebase Analytics collects device information, app usage patterns, and workout completion events. This data is aggregated and anonymized. For more information, see Firebase Privacy Policy.

5. Your Rights and Choices

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is visible within the App
• Delete: You can reset or delete all your data at any time through Settings > Reset Progress
• iCloud: You can disable iCloud sync in your device settings at any time
• Notifications: You can enable or disable notifications in the App Settings

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
